I've found a Mod which lets Teens-Adults have just wear jeans and not top, but I was wondering instead of a mod, is there some clothing? Like an invisable shirt? Must be for Teen-Adult. But all ages would be good.

I don't know of one uploaded off the top of my head, but they're a doddle to make - takes about five minutes, if you're willing to try it yourself.
