I was just wondering, if I want to evict a family from a house, (and move them into somewhere else), will all the furniture etc from the house they are in at the moment disappear, or will it stay? And if it disappears, is there a mod that will make it stay?

no, the contents of the house stay if you EVICT them(from edit town) and not move them out(moving out lets you choose to take the objects or not).
