What do you think about this house? Does it look good from outside?

Uploaded with ImageShack.us

and I've got a question becouse I'm confused, I never upload lot on this forum - can I use CC only for pictures and then remove it from lot and make a CC list of this items? It will be ok? I read Creator Guidelines of course but I want to make sure it will be ok

Looks cute...the bricks on the foundation look a bit unnatural in yellow but that may just be me...cement gets painted all the time...and how about an entrance to the upstairs porch or whatever its called? The mailbox and trash can need to be at the street level or they won't work (correct me anyone if I'm wrong about this). I like the uniformity. Seeing the inside will help. As far as I understand custome content...you can use whatever you want as long as the creator is agreeable and you give them public credit and link rather than include it the package(again please correct me if I'm wrong). Bet that was clear as mud!

It looks really cozy - I like it!
But maybe play a little bit around with the walls. I think something different than the white panels would look also great. The middle part could be different painted than the rest, etc, but that's all individual.
I agree with Rennara about the foundation. For me the yellow itself isn't that matching. Or it's maybe to much with the other white.

Please feel free to correct me, if I make mistakes. I want to improve my English. Thanks! - My website

I dont think you can put anything in the picture that's not included in the download. Probably you should ask this question in Creator Issues. If you want feedback about your house, you need to include interior shots and one from above maybe

[QUOTE=Rennara] The mailbox and trash can need to be at the street level or they won't work (correct me anyone if I'm wrong about this). QUOTE]

I don't know about the mailbox, but I frequently stick the garbage can wherever it's convenient for my Sims to use indoors -- I even stuck it up on the second floor once and my Sims had no problems using it and I"m sure they appreciated not having to go outdoors and to the sidewalk everytime they had some rubbish to pitch.

More pics would really be great to see the other exterior views along with the interior.

actually the mailbox can go anywhere ... the only thing is it just moves the Taxi and car portal to where it is and to the area the front is facing
As for CC ... No you can do that ... just make a shopping list with the links to get the item ...
it looks really small and cute ... but the landscaping ... well it is really bland -__- ... Try livening it up with some flowers and also maybe some Lawn decorations (Seasons as far as i know should come with a lot of Lively lawn ornaments)

here is how I furnished it, but this is not finished yet
kitchen

reading corner

bathroom

bedroom

this is how house look like from outside now I add some very nice tulips and changed the foundation color as you adviced. You think it looks better now? Im trying to use game walls and floors. but still I dont now what color of the walls I can use instead of this white pannels. and ideas guys? maybe you can help

For the exterior color I don't have ideas since I ain't a girl and I don't know what's going on in girls heads. Anyway, maybe you coulkd use a spiral staircase if you have NL or a normal staircase instead of a ladder, because I think in RL it's pretty hard for girls with high-heels to climb up a ladder

If you remember me, I'm awesome!

I think its very cute on the outside and love the colours inside, but I think it also looks very boxy inside, maybe close of some rooms and it will look cosier. Definatly need a door to balcony ourside, and maybe just see what second story roof would look like if you lowered the angle to may 35 or 40. (use the slider if you have mansion and garden stuff, or type roofSlopeAngle 40 into cheat window if nightlife ep and above). Pop a path in maybe to front door, even a wee nice white picket fence around the house could cuten it up more. Otherwise great start

This has got to be thee most adorable little house ever!
May I suggest a gravel pathway to the front steps?
I totally agree with ekrubynaffit, you may want to think of adding a door to that balcony on the second story.
As well as the picket fence idea.
And maybe try and find a way to make the roof trim white? I would suggest Phaenoh's White Roof Trim Defaults , but I'm not entirely sure if that pink roof you're using would be changing at all...meh, worth giving a try though right? : )
I have an idea to change up the walls, try adding an accent wall, where one wall has a feature that all the others don't...such as a simple yet elegant matching wallpaper like Jcasjr's: modern wallpapers or simply just a bold color that picks up on some of the less noticeable colors in the room.

This is an adorable little house.
Yes, please try to lower the upper roof angle, and add a door to the balcony.
The tulips are a perfect touch (although I prefer real plants that require watering).
I like the pinkish-white panelling as well, I think it goes very well with the rest of the outside colours.
The terrain paint details are great, maybe add some dirt/leaves under the midbiscus?

The inside is a bit strange, though. The lower level is not very small, still there seems to be no real place for entertaining or relaxation (only two seats? why?). Or for hobbies. For a start, I would move the fridge closer to the rest of the kitchen, and move the dining table a bit to create a defined dining area. Also, you don't want a stove or counter before those large windows - it looks odd.
I suggest that before you go into detailed decorating, try arranging the main pieces of furniture until it is functional, playable and realistic, and then add the lovely touches that you do.
