Is there any way to edit a sim's face and body while still playing? Like using a mirror to change hairstyle. |

Twallan's MasterController and Awesomemod both have this function. There is no ingame way to do this. |

Twallan's Master Controller also lets you edit your naked, career, and singed outfit if you care to know. |
