Since we've found a way to get the hairs from Sims 3 and walls into this ... is there a way to get other objects like bibles and crosses and such? I have the programs that were mentioned in the hair tutorial, I just don't know which file or files to change to make into medieval. |

I am disappointed that I can't get the Walls to show up in game. They really are very beautiful and I hate how rustic the default ones are. I added the .package files to a package folder within a mods folder within the Sims Medieval folder in the Program Files. Have I missed anything? Could there be some setting preventing these from showing up? I have tried the Resource file both outside the Packages folder and inside it. |

The resource.cfg file goes in the C:Program Files/Electronic Arts/The Sims Medieval not in the /mods or /mods/packages folder. |

Yes, it goes in Program Files > The Sims Medieval (in the same place as your Mods folder) Just an update, I checked and actually they look good with textures on medium once you recolor them.

They also look particularly good with the wicker/weave textures from the game - really great for the slightly better than peasant but not quite royalty homes. Thank you again for these, Alex

I just wish I could get some of the patterns I downloaded that are .Sims3Pack files into TSM. But it's not possible at the moment as far as I know. It might be if I had Sims 3, but I don't. |

Try with Delphy's Sim4Pack Multi Installer, I think you don't need to have Sims 3 installed. I think patterns made with EA's pattern maker won't work, but you could always give t a try.

I just saw these and they are fabulous! However, now I'd love to have them in my original Sims 3 game! Are you going to upload them soon to a site like MTS or TSR? Thanks for any info! They are beautiful! Great Job! |

Yes, I'm planning to but real life has delayed things a bit... actually you can also use these in Sims 3, but I wanted to upload them with nicer preset textures and smaller file size. Hopefully I can manage this week.

I adore your walls. I'll admit, I only downloaded them because there was so little custom content and needed something new to experiment with, but kept them because they are the best walls in my game. My castle never looked so royal with the boring brick or stucco walls, and now it's fit for a king. Truly, a fantastic job. Thank you. |

I just installed the new 2.0 patch and the new Pirates and Nobles expansion pack. These walls are once again a lifesaver! The new P+N wallpaper is awful. |

Old thread, but I hope thanks are still in order. Just found these walls and put them in my game. I can't decide what to use first they are all so beautiful. |

You can add me to the list of people whose decor has benefited from this mod! I mean, really there's nothing to redeem my interior decorating, but I'm sure my heroes are glad that at least the walls look good. |
