I'm having issues, i haven't even played any of the sims games yet because I wanted to install everything before starting up a game. I have the base game CD (legit copy), all other expansions downloaded. thanks for all your help!

I have a macbook pro (newest model).
Operating System: Mac OSX 10.6.7
Processor: 2.7 GHz intel core i7
Memory: 4 GB

sims 3 world adv- 2.14.4.010002
sims 3 late night- 6.2.4.010001

I did manage to find the patches for macs, but it tells me i cant patch the file? idk..
