Default Extracting mesh from Sims3Pack?
Is there a way to extract meshes from Sims3Packs?

You can make it a .package and then extract using S3PE with this: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=364038 or you could open it with TSRW and do it that way.

Like Robodl says, just keep in mind that if you want to create new stuff with the mesh you must use either one of them.
Recreating with TSRW: use TSRW to export the meshes
Recreating with CTU: use S3PE to export the meshes

Not sure if TSRW changed this already but they used a diffrent boneorder on the meshes in the past so you can not mix the 2 up
