Recently, after not playing TS3 for a while, I decided to go back on it after I found a few downloads I liked.. I loaded up the game normally, sent my Sims to the new 'Vampire Lounge' I downloaded, and noticed there are NO bouncers or bartenders.. When there should be. I realised I downloaded Twallan's Story Progression too, and this was the first time I played it, and I think when it asked about homeless sims, I clicked 'No' because I thought it would affect NPC's in bars.. Well it did.. Not the way I hoped though. Now I've started the game again, with having removed the Story Progression mod (hoping the issue would be fixed), but there are still no bartenders or bouncers.. But this goes for every club, not just one.

Am I doing something wrong?

Edit: I forgot to add this has never happened to me before, and it is happening with every single club.. The lots are set to the special kind of club lots, so that shouldn't be a problem.. I'm just wondering whether the Story Progression mod affected it.. Well, the option I chose anyway.

It would not. Homeless role assigned sims are explicitly ignored by the mod.

You may want to consider installing Register mod. That mod deals specifically with the role population in your town.
