Opening launcher and i get the "base game incompatable with your current sims 3 expantion pack"
So my Game versions are:
Base : 1.19.44.010002
World adventures: 2.0.86.002002
Ambitions: 4.0.87.006001
Fast lane: 5.5.4.010001
Late night: 6.5.1.011031

I got the link for the "superpatches" i guess (the patch download/current page)
the base game patch is the same size as the one i found on the EA website, and it'll take me around 5 hours to download, but my pc cuts of downloads longer then 2.5 hours ish

So i was wondering if there is a smaller patch that will update it from 1.19.44 to the current version instead of patching it from the retail version??

Nope, sorry. EA has removed it. Or they never created one to begin with.
There's no direct download of "1.22_from_1.19" file.

If you want a smaller size patch file, you need to patch in 2 stages, if you have Generations:

1. update to 1.21 using your Generations retail disc
   • navigate to <DVD drive:>\Support\Updates
   • double-click on the file: "TS3_1.21.123.0110xx_update.exe"
   • let it finish and test the game before proceeding
2. update to 1.22
   • download this file and run it: 1.22.9_from_1.21.123 for Region 2 [85.8MB]

Those who want to try this method, the above-linked file only works for Region 2 as OP has Region 2.
If you have other region-based games you need to changed the region code twice in the URL accordingly.

Due to this, those without Generations or the digital download folks (Region 7) are out of luck. You have no choice but to download the full patch file that is @650MB.
