Ok I will name a few ideas but not in the order of ABC as folllow:

1. Make an out-door large ice skating rink be sure to add a Sims restroom male / female ( I have one in my game and all the Sims love to go there. )
2. Also have an indoor roller skating rink add the objects Sims will need like restroom a place to have coffee, add some music.
3. A community center where the sims can not only go swimming, but also add an indoor hot tubs, also add a nice medium size restaurant, also a little area where they can get on the swings or just play games. ( I have a community center like that in my game the Sims can have fun plus go out to eat all in one community center, ) A restroom is always a must / music.

4. A pet cemetery My beloved pet is gone to pet heaven.
5. A club for Sims Adults / young adults only ( you can use a control Mod to keep all the unwanted out. ) / A club for the teens to just dance and have fun ( you can use a mod control to keep adults out ) I also have a setup like that in my game I love it. let dance.
6. A fishing pond where all Sims can go fishing at. ( The Sims love to talk and watch to see who get the best catch as well as join in the fishing. )

I also like building schools, fire stations, police stations and I also have a prison. All of these are used (to some extent): either lived in or a community lot. I include my churches and graveyards on the same lot but I think that's because it's more common over here to have the graveyard round the church. We do have cemeteries, of course, especially in cities.

I often build multiple items on larger lots - a row of three shops or a piazza or square with buildings surrounding it. This means you see things like the launderette without having to visit the lot exclusively. Things like railway stations can include fast food outlets and things like that. There is a buger bar on my beach lot and also a games arcade in one of the huts and a cafe at the end of the pier. I really enjoyed building that lot.


You could do that with that parking slot by ... ummm... moghughson (that's it) - you could get the cars to line up though the occupants wouldn't watch the film and sit in the car. I bet you'd get a little line of sims in front of the screen.

What mod keeps groups of sims out because the visitor controller always makes my game crash

A flea market would be a great addition although i'm not sure as to how i could run it would it have to be an owned community lot and have sims donate (give gifts) to the owner and then have to owner sell them.

A casino with a lot of cardtables and mashines. Plus a bar, of course. All those lurky sims can gather there.
Playgrounds and parks with chesstables aer popular in my neighbourhood.
A flowershop is fun to, or a botaniacl garden.

@ dwn2ridehtchck1 > I was referring to the Visitor Controller, you said it makes your game crash be sure to go back to the site Simbology and read what the creator Twojeffs said about it in his "Compatibility Notes" that important to know.

And always be sure you downloaded the correct version of the Vistors Controller for your last latest expansion. Also you need to be sure other Mods you may have (or not )is not conflicting with it.

There is an excellent "Hack Conflict Detection Utility" at the site Simwardrobe but I do not know what going on there it seem like the site is not to be found, or they working on the site. If anyone know what going on or have the new link please leave it.

Is it? Dammit, when did that happen? It's not that long since I DL something from there.

It was noted to be gone about one week ago-and when it became obvious that it wasn't coming back we (I'm a member there) all scurried around looking for all of our assorted files for SW.
As far as I can tell, nearly all of the assorted files from SimWardrobe are on that site, and if you go to Simbology there is a thread titled "Paladin's Hack" that has a few other files submitted by various other people that didn't get into the file because they just wouldn't fit into the site-being too large a set. PsychoSim has posted a link to the set of Uni-compliant arcades in that thread-and there is a version of those submitted by Zirconia Wolf for Pets and above.

Hi, all: I have some very good news!

It seems that SimWardrobe is not dead-merely MIA for the moment-the owner, James Sausville, has been in the hospital, and dealing with surgery; while this was going on, there were issues with his hosting service, GoDaddy, and the site was mistakenly taken down in his absence.

He has told one of our members that he will be dealing with the issues with his hosting when he gets out of the hospital but that meanwhile has requested that none of his files be put in the graveyard-SimWardrobe is not gone, but just out of action until he personally deals with the hosting service.

In a message to him our member told him where there were some of his files temporarily in another place available for the time being, with his kind permission. We will be taking them down once his site is restored-hopefully very soon.

Thanks for the compliment, Simonut-after all the years I've been in the community, I thought it was time to give back some of the help I've received over the years. I can't create to save my life, but I can do other things to help anyone who needs it.
