I only have the Base game and my version is 1.22.9.011001 which I recently upgraded to.
I do have custome content including Awesome Mod, but done have been detected as corrupted in Delphy's Dashboard.

So my problem is similar to these two:

As is saids in those posts above, after playing for about ten minutes, I get stuck on one of my sims and both sims are selected. My other sim's wishes and information doesn't match as it should and instead matches the sim I'm stuck on. Even its picture on the bottom is the same. I've tried deleting my game and starting fresh without CC but it didn't work. I've tried disabling TestingCheatsEnabled and it didn't work. I've even tried pressing the space bar to toggle between sims and it still was stuck. My game worked perfectly fine up until now and I have never experienced something like this.

CC doesn't have to be corrupted to cause problems - the only way to rule out CC as a cause is to test without any. :)

I finally fixed it. I first came to the conclusion that this had to be an interaction thing, so I went through all my mods that had to do with Sim interactions. I found out that my mod that increases the speed of learning skills had been out of date, so I had to get it updated. My game's fixed now.
