gwendylancomplex Original Poster Test Subject Join Date: Oct 2010 Posts: 2	Because mine, uh... don't. /: I'm playing two vampires right now, and their eyes changed a bit when they turned but they otherwise appear normal - no fangs, no markings, no skintone change or anything. Is this normal, or do I need to fix something? I have default replacement skins and eyes, if it matters...?

Their eyes should glow a little (I assume that happened because you said the eyes changed). They should have fangs, but they're hard to notice sometimes. They also should have a bite mark tattoo on their neck. I don't think their skin should change that much, but they should at least have fangs!

It's not like TS2 where they'd go blue, or dark sims would suddenly turn into weird grey-blue smurfs, but there is a definite difference.

GigaRevival Scholar Join Date: Dec 2010 Posts: 1,348 1 Achievements	Regarding the fangs, I think with the latest patch for generations the fangs completely disappeared and you had to enter CAS to get them back. (At least mine did, and the option for picking them only shows up for females now...). I could be wrong though.

brillo_pad Forum Resident Join Date: May 2008 Posts: 855 1 Achievements	If you have advanced rendering off then your vamp sims will not have glowing skin, but their eyes should still glow. ^^^ Yeah, and the patch fixes the missing fangs, but you gotta take them into CAS before they reappear..

tasho Test Subject Join Date: Dec 2010 Posts: 10	Maybe you guys need to reinstall the game or it's because of mods you put it. I live in a town where I am the only normal sim and I cannot marry anyone because I don't want to have vampire descendants (because of the skin)

Those bats are probably around the skillbar above their head if you are learning something. To show they learn faster during the night.

somegirl23803 Test Subject Join Date: Nov 2011 Posts: 21	ok. your eyes should turn a lil brighter and whiter..your skin will get a lil shine to it and turn a lil pale.. and you will have a bite mark tat i think on ur neck. and your needs bars will turn purple... when you first get bitten the changes dont take affect right away.. it takes awhile not sure how long... but once you have completely changed you will know if you look at your needs bars... and if after i'd say atleast 4 days you have not gotten any change id delete your skin mod... and if that doesnt work try a new save.. and if still nothing then unistall and then reinstall late night.. you can back up your saved games. oh!! and you also learn skills faster at night time after like 7pm.. so u will notice that too.

Bichonz Test Subject Join Date: Dec 2011 Posts: 6	That's odd... whenever I change my sim into a vampire their eyes would glow and change color, have fangs and their skintone would change (usually paler). I don't know why your vampires doesn't do that... all that I can suggest is to either wait a little longer or just try to change another sim into a vampire and see if anything changes.
