I have problems with placing empty lots. When I delete one lot (completly), I can't put another in this place. Anybody knows if there is a way to fix it? |

I just wanna point out the obvious here, just so we know we have ruled that out. You have tried to click on the icon at the bottom of the blue selection panel, where you can select size of the lot to put down? If you have tried that, this is probably a glitch or bug problem and does not belong here

I have this problem as well, mostly in user created worlds. |

Ive noticed this too. Maybe there are cheatcommands that let you overrule certain restrictions when placing a lot. |

I haven't made any worlds myself, but I have got the impression it's lot of work getting the routing right. The sims go into places they're not suppose to be. So they solve that by making the hole place off. A cheat would then have to bridge the original routing issue. |

It would help to have some more specific information about the problem. For example, I only have this problem when trying to place a lot adjacent to or directly/diagonally across from an EA lot in an EA world. By removing the lot, but not the plot holding the lot, I am able to place the new plot and then return the EA lot to its original plot. |

I've had this problem with Sunset Valley and extensively with Hidden Springs. I looked at both worlds in CAW and the area these plots were placed on were very uneven which could be the problem. Once I flattened the areas in CAW, the plots could be put back down. |
