So, I recently found out (on this thread, where you can see my dxdiag: http://www.modthesims.info/showthre...d=1#post3625195) that I have a graphics cClip, and not a card, so my Sims 2 isn't working. But, my Sims 1 and 3 both still work absolutely fine. Can I still play them, or would that cause more problems? Oh, and I have a laptop, so I most likely can't upgrade to an actual graphics card. Thanks for any help you can give!

You meant Graphics Chip.
Once it starts showing symptoms in one game, more will follow. The effects of wear & tear, and overstressing of components is like an avalanche, once it starts...
Do you have all EPs and SPs for TS3, as well, or just the base game? Do you play the same amount of time on each game, or is TS2 gameplay longer?

And you're right, there's nothing to do for a laptop. There's no space to upgrade, even if you can find a component to upgrade to. And also nothing much to do to improve things as this is a hardware limitation.

Oops, sorry! lol Yeah, I have all of the EPs and SPs for TS3 and play the same amount, usually.
That's really too bad. When I got this laptop last year, I specifically asked if it would be able to play TS3 with no problems, and even brought the box over to the guy. He said it would be more than fine. Oh well, I can always play on my desktop. Thanks a lot!
