Whenever I delete an object a new orb thing appears.
It also happens when I'm in buy mode during the gameplay but the orbs disappear usually when i go back to live mode, but when i'm editing a town, the lights just stay there. It is kind of difficult to build a house when there are hundreds just lingering...and not disappearing. How can I get them to go away?

You have an outdated no censor blur/no mosaic mod. Remove it, and find one that works with your game version.
