 Cant have an avatar after 5 posts

Hiya  I just made this account today (hi ^__^) and I have something of a problem. After trying to set up an avatar it said I required 5 posts (which is fine, I did that). Im now over 5 posts yet I still receive the same message  does anyone know whats wrong? Thanks in advance ^__^

XD Yeah its not great but its the only animation I can find for General Azimuth Still its cool in a way (even if its a million miles from what i was going for XD)
