I'm playtesting this tonight. I don't have the patience for full legacies and regular fams are just not doing it for me, so here's my little challenge. Scoring is optional, but fun!

Create a founder or founders in CAS
You may choose looks, but random roll everything else and choose a random LTW(just pick one of the ones it suggests).

Move him(them) into an apartment. You may NEVER move, so choose wisely. Normal lifespan, no cheats, no butlers, servos, or maids.
If you have Ambitions you must enable laundry on day one. (I know there is not a laundromat in the Late night town...which name escapes me, but you can make one or just get a washer and dryer or line).

Careers are not required(but encouraged)
Vampires cannot be heirs.
You must attempt every opportunity.

Challenge ends at 5 generations.

+10 for every marriage(including if you start with a couple)
-25 for every family member bitten by a Vampire
+5 for the first child per generation
+15 for every additional child(it is an apartment after all)
-10 for every day a nanny is needed
+10 for every toddler skill learned
-50 for children taken away
+5 for every children's book read
+5 for every maxed skill
+10 for every celebrity friend
-5 for every failed opportunity
