Helloo, I have been busy with making my own sims in riverview since I don't like the current onces there. I want a town filled with beautiful people and pretty names etc. And I've been working, and working and working on that. But random people keep moving in to my town! I think this is because I still didn't make enough. Could anyone please sum up for me how many elderly, adults, ya, teen, kids etc do I need to make a solid town? And how many sims working in the same building? Like how many firefighters/professional sports/army/ etc. do I need? Thanks so much already, Cheers |

er, as long as you have story progression turned on random sims will always move in - just like in a real town, where people move in from other cities. I don't think there's any way to stop it unless you turn story progression off but then your sims won't age up when you aren't playing them. This is as far as I'm aware. Annoellyn |

If you use Twallan's Story Progression, you can eliminate immigration so that you still have story progression, but nobody new moving in. |

EA default storyprogression is horrible. In my current Riverview game I've done the same as the OP, cleared the town of Sims and added my own families. The game has been importing some families only to kill them of days later, what's worse, all but one child born in game with a non-controled family has been killed of while still toddlers, including my sim's nieces. I'll be looking at getting Twallan's Storyprogression again once it's been updated. |
