Okay, I'll try to make it as simple as possible. My laptop has a strange resolution: 1366x786. Fortunately, it's comfortable enough for anything but Sims. It works fine when I'm in fullscreen, but if I try and play in windowed mode everything is compressed vertically and text is barely readable. I want to be able to play in Windowed mode, because if I alt+tab in fullscreen (which I do often) the game gets really dark and it gets hard to see. I've edited my Options.ini and taken a good look at my graphicsrules.sgr to no avail.

Does anyone have any other tips I could try, other than changing my resolution (anything lower is painfully blurry)?

You may have to drag out the corner of the window a little - if there's space, that should cause the window to "snap" to its full size, instead of being squashed.

Thanks for the reply, Whiterider. I have attempted this, but it does no good because all of the given resolutions go off my screen vertically if they are not squished. The ones given to me by the game are as follows:

640x480 (4:3)
800x600 (4:3)
1024x768 (4:3)
1280x768 (5:3)
1360x768 (85:48) <--- I have no idea what is with the aspect ratio, that is what it says.
1366x768

I have tried all of them, even the 640x480, to no avail. The funny thing is, even the ones that have a smaller vertical plane like the former still do not behave with my resolution. I see squashed UIs and text that is sheared. It almost seems like it is not the correct resolution, because even at 640x480, the bottom of the window still touches my bottom bar.
