So, what's happening is that the mesh shows up in Bodyshop for elders and young adults, but the original maxis mesh stays the same for adults. Also, the young adult hair mesh comes out in red, not black like it should be. I don't even have Uni installed. I redid the package and even attempted to link the mesh with the YA 3IDR, in case they got mixed up. It doesn't make sense to me since Elders, adults, and young adults use the same mesh. Can anyone enlighten me as to why this is happening? I've done this so many times and I've never had this problem. The only thing I can think of is that maybe the object extracting tool isn't working or that I had to clone all the resources in order to have fix integrity work. But I've done these things before and everything turns out fine. Thank you for any help. Oh, and I'm using the AM_Messy hair. *Edit* Ok, I used another mesh as a base and had the same result. Then I deleted the cigen and accessory files from The Sims 2 folder. Neither of those steps worked. I reinstalled Simpe, but I still had the same problem. Finally, out of frustration I went back to the saved Sim file and linked the rest of the resources with the mesh file. The mesh showed for adult. I think SimPE is mixing up the adult 3IDR with either the child or toddler 3IDRs. It says in the 3IDR what age it belongs to where it says what clothing category the hair should show up with. So I know I'm not mixing them up. Anyway, I'm not sure what to do about this or how to fix it. |
