 Install Helper Monkey?

I just got a new laptop and installed my Sims 3 game on it, and I want to get some CC! The problem is the website won't let me download the install helper monkey...why? and if I can't use it, what is the alternative? |

The Helper Monkey has been out of date, and unavailable, since 2009.  CC just goes in My Documents now: Game Help:Installing Sims 3 Package Fileswiki.
