Been watching a few anima and I thought some of the anima girl have really cool hair pins.

So I decide to try making a few. But being a male I have no idea where a real girl or woman would wear them. In the anima, they seem to wear them to the side. Is this true in real girls/women as well?

Thanks for any feedback

It depends a lot on the hairstyle. That particular style and clip, the clip is mostly functional rather than decorative, so I would use one a bit further back and higher up, on those two curving swoopy bits that flow into the bun/ponytail, to hold those in place. The current placement is fine if it were more decorative - with a little flower on the end, or something like that.

Thanks I gone to Amazon and download a few pictures of different kind of hair pin for a base to mesh with. I thought I get the placing right before I start making more fancy ones.
This particular one does has some decorative pattern on it and I think it is meant for younger girls. I just haven't done the texture for it.

So most women will wear more decorative pin on the side and more plain one on the back. I guess it make sense.

Thanks I think I know how to place them now

For that hairstyle I'd use the clip to keep the hair off of my face. But that's just me.

Are you thinking of making them compatible with aWT's hat sliders?
It looks so cute.. i'd love to have some variety like make it bigger, have one with ribbons, and another with a button etc..

It is compatible with awt's hat sliders. Actually all my hair and head accessories are compatible with his sliders.

I think I just going to upload this one to TSR to test the water and see if it is a good idea. If so, I may make a few more as a set.

I was watching shakugan-no-shana and notice one of the girl has such cute hair pin on her hairs I thought I just have to make a few myself and put them in my game
