I've seen a teenager I've invited to spend the day at my house just walk up to it as if he was evil. Did he knock down the trash can or something? Nope. He just did an evil walk and then stood there. What have you seen?

Once a streaker came to my fraternity to give my sims a little "show". However; he must have forgotten why he was there in the first place, because instead of leaving he decided to go to the bubble blower and sat there blowing - naked - for like five sim hours. Eventually I told my sims to ask him to leave and of course they were "shocked" once again...

A townie came inside my house, picked up my toddler, walked outside the house, until she reached the borderline by the sidewalk, dropped the toddler, and left.

This was a playable, but she was at a restaurant in the background of somebody else's trip. She stuffed a turkey and then threw a fit because the chef wouldn't let her at the stove.

She was pregnant, so I guess she had a craving.

All you can do is the best you can do.

That's hilarious! Wow, what was your reaction to it?

I've also got a couple of other stories, like when my Sim died and then the Grim Reaper walked into the ladies' room and used the toilet. Heh, the Grim Reaper's a girl...

The Grim Reaper is marked as female in SimPE, so I guess that's why "she" used the ladies' room.

I just saw a strange moment today. I was playing the premade house that has a main house and a small suite connected to it by a footbridge. A townie walked onto the porch of main house and read the paper, which isn't so weird. Then, he let himself in, ran through the house and out the side door, across the bridge to the suite, then then out the suite's front door, before putting the paper down and leaving the lot.

My reaction? Well, how could I react? I laughed. She wasn't anybody the active sim knew, and anyway he was in the middle of eating, so there wasn't much I could do about it. And it's not as if she could starve to death in the background.

All you can do is the best you can do.

Once I locked the doors of the Curious house from pets, but greeted strays managed to get into the house by using the ladder to the roof and climbing down the ladder that led right into the house. I thought wow, smart strays. But of course that was really the fault of that house's design.

The nanny let herself into the house in the middle of the night when no one was at work - or had ever been at work during those hours. She started preparing a salad, took a bath, then left. O.o

I had a townie steal the gnome from the front lawn right after I married him in (the wedding party was still going on) and then leave the lot to "steal it back". From himself.

I've had a random Sim run into the house, shove my current Sim, then run out. I checked her relationship panel, and she didn't even know him. O___o

Was your controllable Sim using the telescope during the day? Unless you have a mod installed to stop it, neighbors don't appreciate Sims "spying" them with the telescope during the day and shove the Sim.

I've had that happen on lots that didn't even have a telescope and/or the telescopes were present, but hadn't been used yet.

Really? Me too. And that same guy kept on doing that occasionally . . . until I quit playing the family that had that happened in. I don't know what his deal was . . .

I had a Sim that was running a beauty salon from her home, in a separate little building on the same lot. I'd had to unlock the front door to let the headmaster in.

And wouldn't you know it...the next day she's running the salon...and where is everybody? All gathered at the bar in the kitchen in the main house and just having a grand old time!

Greg Aerius made enemies with my male Grand Vampire, Count Ralph (and may I just say how much I wish more vampires had names like Ralph) in the background of somebody else's outing. I never did catch what the fight was about - maybe Count Ralph is a Kerbits fan instead of rooting for Greg's team, the Llamas. Anyway, on Greg's next rotation I open with the lot in the middle of the night, and Ralph lets himself in uninvited, comes upstairs, hangs around a bit until Greg's Ma got up and asked him to leave. He goes away, but four or five times during the day he came back to check the trash can, only to start burning and run off before he could reach it.

But I believe this is SOP for vampires, who seem to have mostly undead brain cells.

All you can do is the best you can do.

Haha, yeah vampires are like that

I have a vampire queen in my hood, and whenever sims look into their telescope, they always spy on her. I don't know why her, of all sims living in the hood, but it always happens to be her. And she always swoops in angrily (during the day, right), only to scream "Ah! Sun, I must flee!" and run away. I begin to think it's my sims' way to ridicule their queen, it really looks like that if you forget that it's a game with its limited mechanics.

I have a dormie, Stephan, right now who falls in the category of weird. The playables in the dorm are an ISBI Torchholder who is just loving college (Leah Jean, Fortune/Family) and a 26 babies baby-momma-to-be (Ellie, formerly knowledge now romance). Both girls had a thing for Stephan at first--two bolts, but Leah Jean has settled her heart on Joe Graham from the garden club. Ellie autonomously flirts and kisses on Stephan and has a crush on him. Here's the weird thing--he won't accept a date from her! Dude, you were cool with a dance kiss, so what's wrong with a date?

Sims always spy on the eldest living sim with the lowest instance number - that's how the game 'chooses' the watchee. I think it's another of Eaxis's 'random' processes (they are SO good at those). Still a vampire is a good choice for watchee - saves time on the fights.

Polgannon Project Seriously, I'm still working on it.

EA doesn't really believe in "random". If something is random, it's harder to reproduce and therefore harder to debug.

One time I was on a vacation in the Mountains (WAY better than a vacation on that stupid island) and I let my Sim use the bathroom and suddenly I find two women fighting together. My reaction was, "Why are they fighting?" I checked to see what their names were and I don't remember what they were but I do remember that they had the same last name. Maybe it's because of the same last names that they were fighting over . . . *shrugs*

OMG, you just made me snort! That is hilarious.

In my Pleasantview, I married Cassandra off to Darren. Don Lothario was already married to one of the Calientes, but he still came by every night to kick over the garbage can. The whole house ended up sick because I couldn't keep up with the bugs!
