I don't know if this exists or not, but is there a mod or something we can dl that will automatically make Collection files for us? Like, if we downloaded a EP, that EP will include it's own collection file, but what about stuff like Sims Store sets, or EA worlds? Is there a way to instantly get a collection file for those, without having to sit through 7000 individual items and make one yourself in-game?

Or am I just embarassing myself by showing my extreme laziness?

Oh, if only life were that easy. You could make a bunch of collections for EA stuff, then upload them!

I found the Collections thread at MATY http://www.moreawesomethanyou.com/s...ic,20903.0.html and it seems pretty darn awesome! A lot of Store Sets are being Collection-ified ( ) over there and it seems they're really on a roll.

Downside?

So far I think I've only started a Collection for Hidden Springs (forgot to include the clothes, I think--crap), and I wanted to start doing Barnacle Bay today, but I have no clue what's included! I was hoping the Simalogue would have everything nice and categorized, but she says it'll take until 2070 to finish the catalogs--lovely. And TSR's Obect Catalogue is all over the place--ARRRGH! Next stop? Sims VIP
If I can find a nice clean thumbnailed list of all objects from the (admitedly rather few) Store sets I've got, and make irt out of that MESS EA laughably calls Buy Mode, I'll for sure upload them here, cuz this crap is NONSENSE!!

I doubt anyone at EA would be paid enough, or tolerate, making a collection of everything under Decor. Base game alone. Hopefully, though highly unlikely, EA might go and make new store sets in their collection. It'd be nice if you at least bought the whole set.

Well, I think decrapified stuff only works for CC you've decrapified. And you decrapify it so EA can't track your...erm...'booty' I've been blessed with being Gifted the bulk of what I wanted from the Store, otherwise I'd be hoisting my flag too, so nothing of mine is decrapified. So I assume nothing of mine would show up in those MATY collections. I'm not courageous enough to try, nor am I armour-plated enough to actually ask anyone over there. That douchebag Jeromycraig is in charge of the collections thread, and he's already taken his pound of flesh from me before, so I can't deal with asking for help over there.

I've got another question: Where can I find just ICONS, custom made or otherwise? I know there's a mod/hack/whatever here: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=458717 but you don't get all of them if you don't have the EPs/SPs. Is there a place to get CC collection icons that DON'T require the TS3 addons? I'm trying to make collections, but quickly running out of icons to use!
