Anyone every notice that most player-made houses are either ridiculously cheap or crazy expensive? I think 45% of these houses are "Starter Homes" and 45% are "Mansions". My Sims have nowhere to move in on a 75k Simoleon budget, which should be enough to get them a decent-sized family home, and yet they cannot find anything.

Anyone else get frustrated with this?

YES!!! that drives me MADD!! Not all Sims are meant to live in mansions, and I love having a solid middle class. Maybe I should release some of my mid level builds.....

Most of my lots are "middle class". I rarely build starters or mansions unless I have a need for one.

There are plenty of sites around that offer middle of the road houses ya just need to look for them.
