There is one free 2 story arch at TSR but I've never tested it in my game. http://www.thesimsresource.com/down...rch/id/1071610/

I know Ambitions/the patch added 2/3 story columns in Build Mode.

There are also plenty for download, though none of the ones I know of work *as* 2 story columns--they are 2 stories tall, but only add one-story support.
