The uploader said that she used Holy Simoly's Raw Edge Canvas on page 19 under the decoration section, but I can't find it... is there a download page somewhere? Thanks!

I didn't see it there either but a search turned up a few creators who uploaded the mesh with a lot so if no one else knows where--or if--the mesh is hosted now you can always download a lot for it. Here's a couple of links:
