I've discovered that we could merge our package files to improve game performance. The problem is, when I've merged my files, I had gone in game to test everything and the game was extremely slow, sluggish and unplayable. I have LOTS of package files, which I had organized into categories before merging. I now think that the package files(individual, original ones) had remained and I think that's what may be causing the game to act funky. How can I move those original package files somewhere else? Because whenever I click cut they DO cut and get placed somewhere but they still remain in the packages folder. My framework and folders are set up properly, it's just what to do AFTER the merging and the game lag that's got me stuck.
I used s3pe. I got an update this morning and I'm going to try again. (Deleted the merged packages via Delphy's Dashboard seeing as I had corrupt CC/packages in there, and deleted the individual corrupt files)

If the individual files are still there, that's nothing to do with S3PE - that's Windows. If you have a successfully made copy of the files somewhere else, why not just delete the ones in Mods/Packages?
