Hey guys, I'm looking for some clarification on how the non-routable paints work. Is Camera non-routable also Sims non-routable?

All I've found so far is this old thread , which doesn't directly answer the question.

For example, my world is an archipelago of islands, only the center of which will be playable. There are islands surrounding the edge of the map for a 'distant terrain' effect, but I have them camera non-routable. Do they also need to be sims non-routable, or are they already sims non-routable because they are camera non-routable?

Thank you and thank you! I'm glad to hear it's also sim non-routable, that helps! I initially made the outer ring of islands camera non-routable, then went over the outer islands as sim non-routable, only to find that overrode the camera non-routable. I could still zoom in on the "non routable" islands from map view, which defeated the whole idea of 'distant terrain' ::doh!:: lol, problem solved, then.

I'm super proud of my world, and excited to finish it soon. I may upload it here, but I need to check out the site requirements first, because it does have custom content in it, and I have no idea where I got half of it from :D
