 There's too many Sim Store ads in this game

Wow. I haven't played Sims 3 in a while. I come back and it feels like I'm being bombarded by Sim Store ads everywhere. The stuff is tough to ignore, seeing as how it's always gold and shiny and in your face. This is a great series and they're severely cheapening it with the money-grabbing. Is there anyway to remove these ads? |

Options, uncheck Enable Shop Mode, don't remember right now which tab it's on, sorry. |

Just to let you know though that the images of the store content will be saved every time the game connects to the internet. What I did was download ZoneAlarm and block the internet from my game and the Store images now do not show up in the FeaturedItems folder.
