I'm looking for a particular mod that cuts all income by half for legacies to make them more challenging/realistic. Could anyone help me out? I could not find anything in the help section. Cheers x

I'm not aware of any mod that alters the careers in that way. However, MATY has mods that make the career ladder harder, make the hired help cost a lot more, and probably most important, their no20khandouts mod - so when an heir goes to college, they aren't going to automagically bring $20,000 back home - they have to actually earn their money.

Find them here.

There are other mods out there that increase the bills, lower the price you get for selling produce/fish,

You might also try adding handicaps to your legacy to make it challenging. You can see here that there are handicaps that can really prevent you from accumulating a huge amount of money. I don't see it on this list, but the Apocalypse has a handicap that you can't marry in or move in anyone (townies), so you wouldn't get the extra +/- $20,000 every generation.

ETA: I found a mod that lowers the wages for EP careers, although not the base game careers. http://drupal.cyjon.net/node/109
