From what I've read about Pirates & Nobles, installing the whole expansion doesn't sound worthwhile. Is there a relatively simple way to just add the costumes and character traits to my existing game? I don't care about the household knickknacks or extra quests or any of that. By "relatively simple" I mean that ideally this can be done just by poking around in some game files, copypasting, editing in Notepad - nothing that requires working with lots of third-party applications or is as intensive as most of the modifications popular around here. I'm running the "limited edition" (if that even means anything) disc version, and the only mod of any kind thus far is testingcheatsenabled. |

If you are talking about not buying PN, then that is illegal, so you can't talk about it on MTS2. |

Do you enjoy poetry that is totally unrelated to the sims? Try Summer of Poetry , by yours truly. |

No no, I dig. I do intend to buy it, as long as there's a way to then selectively add content, rather than installing the whole shebang like normal...hence the post to see if I should bother getting it

I can't know for sure, but IMO it's impossible. |

Not possible too, I think, since it places another .package file as it source in your system where most items from P&N is... it's SASFullBuild_EP1.package on the gamedata folder of P&N after installed.. |
