I'm running on Windows 7 64-bit. I have all expansions and stuff packs with the exception of World Adventures. I downloaded some custom content in the form of .sims3pack from The Sims Resource as well as a few .package files from here and a few other places. Well, my .package files are showing up in game and working flawlessly it seems, however when I open the launcher and install my .sims3pack files it says it is installed but then I start the game and none of the content is there. I installed it a second time and still nothing. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, forgot to include that my game version is the latest at 12.0.273.015001

I'm sorry I cannot help you, just wanted to say I have the exact same problem and posted about it only some hours ago. I'm running on a mac though.

If I find out anything I'll let you know, maybe it'll work on windows, too.

I uninstalled and deleted all my sim3pack to reinstall them, but instead my game won't even open now. Sigh...

I just uninstalled all of mine too and I'm redownloading a select few to see if they work, because they used to. I'll let you know how that goes. I wonder if I can open my game. o.o Hopefully we both get some help soon. <3

Edit: Oh, I should also state that for mine, when I realized that the content was not in my game, I closed the game completely and when I reopened the launcher it said that the content was never even installed so it isn't like it was even installing most of it like it had said after installing it initially.

Edit again: So my game still works, and I got a few .sims3packs to install fine, others install but don't show that they do in the launcher, and then others won't install at all. :/

It would appear that I fixed it.
