I believe the instructions are provided on the Overview page for each mod : http://www.modthesims.info/d/464085 and http://www.modthesims.info/d/386203 Both mods require that [Careers] mod be installed. You'll find the link to the base-mod is up-to-date on the Veterinary Career page. The Law Career page is a little out-of-date.
