Hey guys! I am trying to complete all the "challenges" built into the Showtime online interface, and 3 of them are "make $20,000 in tips" for singer, acrobat, and magician.

My problem? Nobody barely tips in Showtime! My level 10 singer, acrobat & magician, with 2 celebrity stars, barely make $100 if they play for 24 hours on end.

Any idea where I can find a mod, tweak, or other technique to help boost their tips please?

Okay I discovered a workaround which I'm posting here, in case anyone else has the same dilemma. It's not perfect, but it works. (And I hope EA/Maxis doesn't fix the "bug.")

In order to collect higher tips, do the following:
1.) Teach your Singer/Acrobat/Magician Sim how to play guitar. Build them up to a very high level.
2.) Build on any community lot and install a SUBWAY (it's under BuyDebug/Other objects I believe.)
3.) Click on the subway and "play for tips."
4.) Your Sim will go to play their guitar in the subway.
5.) All tips your Sim makes (from playing guitar) WILL count as tips garnered from Singer/Acrobat/Magician performances. I tested with all three.
