I cant find Twallan's Animator that is compatible with patch 1.21.123. There is only Phase 3 in the Nraas website. Is there an alternative for playing custom animations? Thank you so so much!

Sorry, I don't actually have versions that old available, otherwise I would have them archived at my site.

You are best served either updating to the latest patch Level (the preferred solution in such cases), or asking another user to provide a copy.
