Hey guys,

I've been trying to deal with this problem for months but everything I did was for nothing. My pleasure of playing Sims is totally gone! This crashes and lags drives me crazy. When I rotate my camre angle, the game just freezes and becomes normal in a couple seconds. Also my sims and pets are lik square shaped sometimes and they just became normal in a couple seconds too. Sometimes the game just stops and then crashes. I really don't know what causing this but I get no pleasure from playing Sims since this damn problem showed up.

This is my computer's features:

8,00 GB Ram,
Windows 7 64-bit Operating System,
nVidia GeForce GT 540M, 1 GB video card,
and a lot of free space for Sims 3.

I have WA, Ambitions and Pets, installed on my comptuer with hte base game. I don't use so much custom content. And you can take a look to my present graphic settings of my game.





I did a lot of things to make my game faster and less laggy/slow but haven't been so successful.

Please help me!
