I wanted to snap sliders together so when one is altered the other moves with it as well.

No, that's not possible. You can, however, make one slider which affects multiple parts of the sim's face or body, which would have the same effect.

It always bugged me how muscle tone didn't move with fitness. So there's no way to make them move together?
