 sims 3 packs keep uninstalling!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

when i install a sims 3 pack it installs but ehrn i close the launcher or play the game it uninstallls it is soooo anoying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Have you checked if item/s is availble in game? If it is never mind what it show in launcher. |
