I downloaded the 1.29 superpatch. When I clicked to open it, that folder (and nothing else) froze. After 5-15 minutes after that, it finally had the are you sure? dialog box pop up. I clicked yes and it has been at least 20 minutes and nothing has happened.

I am running Windows Vista(unfortunately) with 2gb ram

It seems to have fixed itself, although I still waited at least 1 minute (left the room) and I ran as administrator ( I have an administrative account)
