I have a very thin male sim and I want him to get muscles. He has the athletic skill maxed out. Can he get there by continuing to work out and how long would it take? |

He needs to use weights, not aerobic equipment. |

Will it actually make the muscles show up? I read elsewhere that you can't change their bodies aside from CAS (and mine was born this way) and my skill is maxed out so I don't know if it will have an effect. |

It will. If you want muscle tone to be gained, you have to download the dynamic sixpack mod by Consort. |

Do you enjoy poetry that is totally unrelated to the sims? Try Summer of Poetry , by yours truly. |

You could also save up your lifetime points, there is a body changer reward that costs a lot, but you can make your sim thinner, fatter and more or less strong. It won't change how defined the muscles are though, I think, unless it's been changed since I used it last. |

If you want him to bulk up he's going to have to eat and put on weight as well. |
