I need help, I used the Q-Mesh plugin to import a mesh I extracted using CTU, but THIS happens! (See picture)

I dont know how to get all the blue lines around the mesh to disappear.
I have used MilkShape before, on my other computer, and everything was installed right. But sadly, that computer died, so now I am trying to get everything set up again on my new computer.
I did everything exactly like I did on my old computer!
Both my old and new computer (Least, it's new to me) is the same brand (HP) and run on windows Vista.

Did I do something wrong?

Go to File/Preferences/Misc and change the joint size to 0.008.
