What households do you miss from TS2? I find I just can't get attached to EA families in TS3, I just don't feel that connection that I did with the pre made families in Sims 2 so i just create my own. Anybody else feel the same?

I actually like quite a few of the TS3 premades,at least the ones whose backstories I can get a feel for. But I wasn't able to go into CAS on my old computer, so I kinda had to get attached if I wanted to play. That being said, I do miss someof the earlier families. I'd love to see a return of the Veronaville sims, they were always fun.

I don't really miss any spesific household from TS2. When I come to think about it the only premades I plaid was Brandie's house, I like her but not Dustin. I liked Beau, but not the new kid. I liked Cassandra but not the rest of the family, specially not Alexander.

The rest, I didn't really play any other hoods except pleasentview. I did try to play the other households like Pleasent, Caliante and Lothario, but they were so boring. The only Sim I miss from TS2 is Chester Gieke. I only plaid him one time but I just liked him a lot.

In TS3 I've actually got attached to a few Sims. The EA Sims I'm currently playing. The Goth household consists of Bella, Mortimer and Cassandra. I also have Mary Baker (but not her kids), Chase Bayless (but not her family) as playable. Pansy Prudence's daughter is one of my favourite Sims, her mother is dead from old age. Shamus Drudge married one of my ladies and had a daughter, he and his daughter are now dead from old age and I'm currently playing Shamus's grandkids that his daughter had with Twallan.

I also have Agnes in my game, she had a daughter with one of my guys, and the Colby family is also in my game. I also have a bunch of other people I've kidnapped from other hoods. Mostly Hidden Spring and Twinbrooks. They live in one big household and become playable when they marry into the playable households.

I think the EA playable are very much a hit and miss. EA was never very good with back-stories, I do read those but I don't really put much value to them.

In case you did not know: the ideal partner for Chester Gieke is Lisa Ramirez (from Bluewater Village). The moment she sets eyes on him she forgets everything. As does he, of course. Just seeing them courting is worth replaying TS2.

As to the original question: I have no favourite EA family in TS2, just a favourite EA Sim: Vidcund Curious. What a guy!
