Please don't bump threads. It makes people think your question has been answered and they don't need to look.

There is this hair, but it's for males http://anubis360.blogspot.com/2010/...atternable.html
Someone once said that they used mastercontroller to enable hair for the opposite gender. I'm not sure if that's possible.

Never heard of that MC have the possibility for that, but i haven't even discovered half the setting in the Nraas mods.
I do know however you can add/change lots of things with CasTextureUnitool among that gender need to be .package and have a mesh though.
A warning though if item isn't made for the changes, for example if one enable for female on an cloth item that is made for male, it will look weird, i have tried that
Hair and accessories should be pretty safe to change though i think.

I don't know if this is what you'd consider shaggy/tomboy-ish but it's one of my favourites. It's a peggy hair (#69) so it's pay, but you can find it at pmbd. Here's a picture.
(I don't really know if linking to things at pmbd is allowed so..)

There is a guide here
It might be like TSR Workshop i think you can do similar things but i find it not hard to work with (i mainly just use it for checking stuff & change categories) you just open a package file and there 2 tabs that is of intrest the first one that which is a prewiew of the item (not always right one it shows the item it was made of) and the 3:de (this is the one of intrest for this purpose) there it will show what categories item is for currently and it just a tick/untick check boxes to change.
Then i aways click commit button (not sure of it's needed but can't be to safe )
Then you save the item (or save as if you wanto keep the original).

If you want to see a proper preview in CTU, switch to the Designs tab.

And linking to PMBD is absolutely fine.

Just gotta love the errors messages Windows throws at you.. most of the time they're just nonsence, just "this program have stopped working" NO explanation why..

Sry about that, couldn't help it

You could try check windows Event Viewer to see if give you any lead to why it won't work.
If you don't know where to find it type eventvwr.msc in run

Basicly, the one that is importment is "Application" in there one should look for anything with error/warning flag.
We all have our fields so np if you think it makes your head spin.
If i get something that don't work for me i can spend hours trying to figure out why

Oh.. and i first now looked at the pictures, i soo love the hair in the first link, the newsea one looks very similar, pity it's donation.

I think Belzader means the one Misanthrope linked to.
