I saw this on the sims 2 discussion page, and decided to steal it. Mostly because I'm curious, and stuff. So, what's your CC addiction?

Mine would definitely have to be pose packs. I don't know why, but I am addicted to finding them, scooping them up, and then spend hours taking pictures!

Hair styles and clothing.
If I was a story writer/movie maker I would use poses. In game, tho, I see no purpose for them. I mean, I downloaded the pose player and some poses and found that I had to use "moveobject on" and place the said sim where they would be posing. Not into all that. Uninstalled it immediately.

OH.
MY.
GOD.

BUILDING MODS!!!!

I have so many different building mods, its not funny.

Hundreds of doors, windows, columns, whatever... I have it all.

You see, I dont really see it as an addiction to downloading mods, I see is as always needing the perfect pieces for each lot I build.

Its a problem, really.... :D

Mainly game-tuning mods that I can literally control every little movement in my sim's life and those around him. I also love hair and clothing mods. If I actually did movie maker stuff, I think I would be more into the pose packs.

Oh, and I forgot makeup! I like the different make up types you can find, and not like "make up" make up. I mean the contouring stuff that adds under eye shadows, or stuff like lower lid eyelashes. I'm also addicted to hair. I may have issues.

I have very little TS3 CC compared to the mountain of CC I had in TS2. I guess the intervention and 12 step program worked.

My CC addiction is hair, skins and mods. Anything to make it more realistic. I love skins, because I like my sims to look different from each other, hair because I hate EA hair period, and mods, because the sims TO ME without mods, is extremely boring. They go to work, eat, piss, sleep, and then to it all over again day after day. SInce Sp (the selling point of the game) doesn't work, and CAS doesn't give me the sliders or tweaks to make my sims how I want to make them come with the game, or just being able to play it without extreme lag (cleaning up cars, finding stuck sims, turning off radio's etc) which the game should automatically be programmed to do itself. I use mods.

Pretty much 95% of my CC is makeup, hair, and clothing. I do have a few mods, worlds, and houses as well. I am terribly addicted to clothing though, I have way too much of it.

Default replacements for skin, eyes and hair *lol* oh and the baby bottle, plates and anything else I find that looks better. I download a lot of hair too. Tuning mods and stuff from Twallan of course. I have a lot of stuff from his site, still trying to get the hang of all of it

Hair, YA female clothes, Toddler clothes, and tuning mods!! Oh and Twallan of course. His mods are the first thing I install whenever I reinstall, or install a new ep/sp

Pooklet'd hair, clutter items, & store stuff. I have nearly every Anubis hair, nearly every store item, and a ton of little clutter.

I'm very specific though, I find a lot of the CC out there is too realistic. Which isn't the way I play my game, so I lack a lot of clothing, make-up, and new meshes for larger objects (sofas, beds, etc)

Twallan's Mods are a must (but maybe they don't count because they make the game playable for me). Also I have nearly every store item and I love clutter and Anubis' hair.

I have a ton of everything because... I love all sorts of stuff and I haven't yet noticed any disadvantage of having ton of cc. Doesn't slow my game at least yet, with over 3gb of content *lucky* I've tried running the game without any and it's just the same... But I've seen some people having like 12gb of cc... I suppose their games are still working as well, right.

In past I used to be a control freak over my cc: thinking that I needed to delete every piece of cc that I don't perfectly love anymore.
So I spent most of my ("gaming") time going through the stuff, deleting the ones that were less than perfect...
then downloading the same ones again after the change of mind
Now I no longer delete the stuff unless there's a major reason and that frees a lot of my time for actually playing the game :P

But anyway, my real love are outdoor plants and patterns !

Well, if it's a mod or content made for TS3, I think I have it. Right now, I'm running with ~1800 Sim3packs for 13 GB, plus a ton of combined packages for another 3 GB (can't bring myself to add up all the files and uncombined size of the combined packages), along with ~200 package mods including tuning, script, and slider mods. My rule is, if it looks like I MIGHT need or use it, I download and install it. I need some serious help.

I mostly download:
Hairs
Clothes
Shoes
Makeup
Mods
Skins

I think I have 5gb of CC all in all with packages and sims3packs.
