Hey guys, again ![]() So yesterday I was making another female young adult sim (what I often do in my free time) and I managed to make a face I thought might be kind of unique. But the thing is, my game crashed a few minutes later, but I managed to get a picture of her (I don't need help on the game crashing, I know how it happened) but I'm wondering if I should bother trying to recreate her, use this thread for improving her, then attempt to upload her on the site. I think I'm capable of recreating her but it would be a lot of work and time, so I just want to know if she has any potential. Thanks in advance

Um, totally! Every chance to be creative is totally worth it She looks like a nice start. I really like her eyes. Suggestions: - Her jaw and cheekbones sort of make her look manly. Like..a dragqueen, or a man trying reallyreally hard to be a woman (LOL no offense >.>). You need to soften her face a bit, the harsh blush could be doing it, but I suggest with your new creation that you fill her cheeks out a bit, change her cheekbone shape, something that won't make her face too sharp :P I really really like her strong face though, so try not to lose it in the process. I wanna see how you recreate her! |

Also, the bridge of her nose is really wide. I think if you make her nose, as a whole, a bit smaller it'll bring some femininity to her face without you having to alter her jaw or her cheeks too much. |

hello... Sushi! Yeah, she was kind of meant to be a strong business woman. Actually, here's her whole story: I was trying to experiment with different races, and was attempting to create a hispanic woman. But I thought she wasn't looking very authentic, so I lightened her skin and gave her blonde hair. Then I was like - Woah! That looks pretty cool!! I don't really like that hair on her. It doesn't fit right... When I get her back, I'll make her hair something different... |

Well i'm Hispanic, sooo i'd be a pretty good candidate for suggestions! lol! But she's definitely turning into something more exotic with the blonde hair. You're right, that style seems to be elongating her face and forehead and it's not very flattering! You should keep the idea of a short bun style though! Im sure you can find something

I realized the thick makeup in the previous version was really not getting me anywhere, so I'm basically redefining her entire disposition. She is now... a realistic girl. That's all I got so far. I don't think that's enough of a personality... You guys can let me know if you have any good ideas for that aspect of her. Here are the pics... ![]() EDIT: I think I should change her name. Now that she is no longer a business woman, I think her last name should be something softer and prettier. Not Gaunte. That's too harsh a name. Edit:After scouring the internet for British last names (which I find are usually pretty, and because I was born there I naturally tend to prefer british stuff), and found that most of them are way too long, I decided to stick to random things that sound pretty, and I've narrowed them down to these: -Olivia Beaucoup (french for "many" or "lots of"... it just sounds pretty, okay?) -Olivia Pomme (french for "apple"... yes! I know it's silly!) -Olivia Amour ("love" in french... Might've spelled that one wrong...) -Olivia Longane (it's in french but I have no idea what it means) Oh. ALL of them are French words. Didn't see that one coming... |

I really like her! I would agree that you improved her so much and she is already unique, suggestions: -compared to the old version, her nose bridge is too pushed in. Being out her nose bridge depth some or bring out her whole face profile more it gives her icky brow lines in between her brows. *edit* I think you actually rotated the bridge too inwards bring back out to the original version place. -I still think she looks business/ corporate like but thats just me. -this is optional- I don't think she needs to use the lip shape slider, her lips would be probably as unique without out them and I think it looks slightly unrealistic. I like beacoup |

Very good sim, but I think her nose bridge is too wide, and in neutral expression she look angry |

Freedom: Thanks for the helpful tips as always ![]() Jasumi: Thanks! malibibic: Yes, I actually made a slightly new version of her and I did decrease nose bridge width before you'd mentioned it, it was just such a small change I didn't feel the need to post it. And about the angry face, it was meant to be sort of a professional scowl or like a serious model face or something along those lines. You really think she looks downright angry? Also: Okay, here's the REAL reason I haven't updated Olivia in longer than my usual time... I've been cheating on you guys! I was working on another sim, her name is Annika Frout and she's a city ganger woman. Sort of. She's still cute, though, not like a real ganger. She's from NYC and I uploaded her last night and I got a "changes required" because I forgot one certain type of picture, so I updated her and reuploaded her this morning, SO EXCITED to get the response that I can't focus on Olivia! But I promise, after I get Annika uploaded I'll jump right back on the track for Olivia. |

In addition to the nasal bridge and/or nose being narrower above the nostrils, I think, maybe the eyes might need to be just a bit closer together. Otherwise, I think she's a very interesting looking sim. Good work! |
