Is there a mod to make needs decrease faster? I've tried looking but can't seem to find one.

Note: I'm using Twallan's Relativity mod which has features that can make needs increase faster or slower, but not decrease. I'm playing the game at a lower speed but there's no challenge and I want to make them decrease faster.
