have just got a code for a simpoints offer on the sims 3 store that is 20 characters long, the maximum you can enter is 16 characters. How do you enter the code? |

An excellent question. EA are probably the best people to ask, since they're the only people who can fix their website.  Try skipping any dashes or dots, too. |
