I want to remove all the interactions from a cc register and turn it into a sculpture. I don't know anything about moding. So, I have no idea where to start. Can anyone point me to a tutorial or explain the process to me?

Thanks for any help

If all you want is a decorative object, you don't have to remove any interactions. Just extract the mesh and texture(s) and create a new object. Have a look around the object creation forum - there are tutorials. Since you won't be creating a new mesh, you can skip any meshing and/or UV mapping steps in any of the tutorials. You'll be more interested in the parts that tell you how to import the mesh into your new package and what to do after that. It'll be fairly easy since you'll just be swapping the mesh and texture. (Be sure to give it a new GUID, too!)
