Totally agree this needed to be improved. However, in your first pic, on the left, the raindrops look BIGGER. They're not though right?

Nope. The size is totally the same. It's a little hard to take picture with totally same angle and magnification.

Very neat, thank you! I've always found EA's version to be just on the side of obnoxious, so this is a nice, subtle, and more realistic change.

Just for future posterity (i.e., I know mahamudo knows this, but this is for everyone else ;-)): as a texture replacer this will be compatible with nearly all versions of The Sims 3 past, present, and future.
